Why I am a part of H2H: I am inspired by the love and commitment of my parents to live out the call of the Gospel and engage in spiritual as well as corporal works of mercy as instructed by Pope Francis. I try to live each day by the words of the Pope – “To change the world we must be good to those who cannot repay us.” After taking high school and college students on service trips for 25 years as a youth minister and campus minister, I felt called to provide more opportunities for people to work with children and the poor across the world. It is my prayer that Heart to Heart Experiences can touch hearts and change lives.
